Inner Journeys Ecstatic Dance: Dancing the Directions

This journey is an invitation to move with the wisdom of the directions.
Each direction carries its own energy, its own medicine, its own way of shaping how we live and relate to the world. Through movement, rhythm, and presence, we’ll explore these energies in the body rather than the mind.

Dancing the Directions is less about choreography and more about listening.
Listening to where you feel called to move.
Listening to what the music stirs.
Listening to the subtle guidance that arises when the body is given space to lead.

Ecstatic Dance is a practice where music becomes the guide and movement becomes the medicine. There are no choreographed steps, no expectations, and no judgment. It is simply you, your body, and the rhythm... an open invitation to move in whatever way feels most alive.

Expect a journey that begins with intention setting and gentle warm-up, then builds with music that rises, peaks, and carries you into wild, uninhibited movement before eventually softening into deep stillness. You are free to dance however you feel called.. playful, primal, sensual, fierce, or tender.

This is your space to release inhibition, connect with yourself and others, and rediscover the joy of being fully present in your body.
