Inner Journeys Ecstatic Dance, Whimsy

 On Thursday, July 23rd from 6:00–8:30 PM, step into the sacred space of Ecstatic Dance at Integrity Seminars, 14920 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, Alberta. 

This journey is an invitation into Whimsy.

The part of you that wants to wander off the well-marked path.

The part that remembers life does not always need to be so serious, so strategic, so buttoned-up, so perfectly explained.

Whimsy is the doorway into play, wonder, curiosity, softness, silliness, beauty, imagination, and unexpected delight. It is the part of you that follows the sparkle, talks to the moon, wears the strange earrings, spins in the kitchen, laughs at the wrong time, and lets your body move before your mind has approved the plan.

 Ecstatic Dance is a practice where music becomes the guide and movement becomes the medicine. There are no choreographed steps, no expectations, and no judgment. It is simply you, your body, and the rhythm... an open invitation to move in whatever way feels most alive.

Expect a journey that begins with intention setting and gentle warm-up, then builds with music that rises, peaks, and carries you into wild, uninhibited movement before eventually softening into deep stillness. You are free to dance however you feel called.. playful, primal, fierce, or tender.

This is your space to release inhibition, connect with yourself and others, and rediscover the joy of being fully present in your body.
