Inner Journeys Ecstatic Dance, Wild Hearts Family Dance

On Tuesday, May 19th at 6:00 PM, step into the sacred space of Ecstatic Dance at Integrity Seminars, 14920 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, Alberta.

For this special gathering, we’re opening the dance floor to youth ages 10+ to share the space with our adult community. Ecstatic dance has always been about freedom, expression, and authentic movement, and this evening invites a multigenerational energy into the room.

Children and teens often bring a natural sense of play, curiosity, and uninhibited movement. Their presence can remind us how to move without self-judgment and reconnect with the inner child that lives within all of us. You don’t need to come with a child to attend, everyone is welcome. Dancing alongside younger movers can be a beautiful way to rediscover spontaneity, creativity, and joy in your own body.

Youth participants should be 10 years or older. If your child is close to that age and you feel they would be able to participate respectfully and comfortably in this container, we invite you to reach out to us to connect.

 Ecstatic Dance is a practice where music becomes the guide and movement becomes the medicine. There are no choreographed steps, no expectations, and no judgment. It is simply you, your body, and the rhythm... an open invitation to move in whatever way feels most alive.

Expect a journey that begins with intention setting and gentle warm-up, then builds with music that rises, peaks, and carries you into wild, uninhibited movement before eventually softening into deep stillness. You are free to dance however you feel called.. playful, primal, fierce, or tender.

This is your space to release inhibition, connect with yourself and others, and rediscover the joy of being fully present in your body.
