Inner Journeys Ecstatic Dance, The Playground

 

On Tuesday, May 19th at 6:00 PM, step into the sacred space of Ecstatic Dance at Integrity Seminars, 14920 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton, Alberta.

 

This month’s dance has a playful little spark to it.

Think less “serious spiritual journey” and more permission to be weird, loose, curious, sweaty, expressive, and fully in your body.

Come move the way you moved before you cared what it looked like.
 
Big feelings are welcome.
Tiny wiggles are welcome.
Dramatic floor moments are welcome.
Awkward shoulder dancing is absolutely welcome.
 
This is an invitation to shake off the week, drop the grown-up mask for a bit, and let your body have some fun.

No dance experience needed. No choreography. No right way to do it.
 
Just music, movement, community, and whatever wants to move through you.
  

 Ecstatic Dance is a practice where music becomes the guide and movement becomes the medicine. There are no choreographed steps, no expectations, and no judgment. It is simply you, your body, and the rhythm... an open invitation to move in whatever way feels most alive.

Expect a journey that begins with intention setting and gentle warm-up, then builds with music that rises, peaks, and carries you into wild, uninhibited movement before eventually softening into deep stillness. You are free to dance however you feel called.. playful, primal, fierce, or tender.

This is your space to release inhibition, connect with yourself and others, and rediscover the joy of being fully present in your body.
