This journey is an invitation into your sensual body.
The part of you that wants to move slower. Softer. Wilder. Freer.
This will be a feminine embodiment dance rooted in pleasure, expression, confidence, and full-body permission. We’ll be exploring the energy of the goddess, the temptress, the lover, the creatrix, the woman who no longer needs to apologize for being deeply alive in her skin.
You are invited to come dressed in whatever makes you feel beautiful, powerful, sensual, and fully yourself. Lace, silk, flowy layers, something fitted, something bold, something barely-there, something cozy and delicious, all of it is welcome. Let your body decide.
This is not about performing sexy.
This is about reclaiming the parts of you that have been hidden, muted, judged, or tamed.
As always, this is a consent-based space. You are never required to move, dress, or express in any way that doesn’t feel true for you. You get to choose your own edge. You get to choose your own level of expression.
This is an 18+, women-only journey. There may be skin, sensual movement, and mature themes in the room, so please come prepared to honour your own comfort and the comfort of others.

 Ecstatic Dance is a practice where music becomes the guide and movement becomes the medicine. There are no choreographed steps, no expectations, and no judgment. It is simply you, your body, and the rhythm... an open invitation to move in whatever way feels most alive.
Expect a journey that begins with intention setting and gentle warm-up, then builds with music that rises, peaks, and carries you into wild, uninhibited movement before eventually softening into deep stillness. You are free to dance however you feel called.. playful, primal, fierce, or tender.
This is your space to release inhibition, connect with yourself and others, and rediscover the joy of being fully present in your body.
