Combining breathwork, movement, meditation and of course dance, inner journeys is an ecstatic experience traveling inward to connect to our highest selves.

This is a safe space where people can dance again.  To feel supported and able to move freely to music without fear of judgment from ourselves or anyone else.  This is a place to break free, release stress, connect to our bodies, spirit, and community.  To express ourselves through movement, love, and freedom.  Not to mention break a sweat and have fun.
